NEW! BRYCS and the Office of Head Start’s National Center on Cultural and Linguistic Responsiveness (NCCLR) have partnered to create two cultural backgrounders focused on early childhood: Bhutanese Refugee Families and Refugee Families from Burma. These resources provide general cultural information, while recognizing that every family is unique and that cultural practices will vary by household and by generation.
