Laurenzo ECC’s annual Global Expo was held last week. Just like an art exhibit, student and teacher works were displayed in the hallways and walls of the school’s first and second floors! With an international theme, every classroom chose a different country to study. The goal was to develop and broaden the students’ global perspective as well as learn about other cultures and places around the world.
Teachers followed elements of the Project Approach and Reggio Emilia Approach to conduct their studies. The students also had the opportunity to participate in an extended process of inquiry, engage in investigations and make discoveries.
